This stone house is located in the small town Podgora on the Riviera of Makarska. The house is located at the foot of the Biokovo mountain in a village, from which you can enjoy a unique panoramic view over the sea and the central Dalmatian islands. The property is quietly situated far away from all noise sources. The house was built in 1906 and renovated with great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, with traditional stone walls, giving a pleasant atmosphere. Each room has a balcony or terrace where you can romantic sunsets while enjoying a Glass of wine. The large country kitchen is downstairs, and before that a beautiful garden with rosemary, laurel and lavender. The first floor is the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed for one person (child). The second floor is the second bedroom, with bathroom, balcony sea view. In the attic there is a third bedroom with bathroom, balcony with sea view.
