Villa Dalmatia Omiš If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the beautiful Dalmatian Riviera our villa is the right choice. This unique villa is located between the town of Omiš and Makarska in the lovely village of Lokva Rogoznica. The villa lies just below the old village of Lokva Rogoznica providing astonishing views to the sea, the islands of Brač and Hvar, the peninsula of Peljšac and the Biokovo massive.

The philosophy of the villa is to provide privacy, tranquility and the most exciting panorama views to the sea. The villa Dalmatia is a modern Mediterranean villa on 2 floors with 200 m2 of net area, 100 m2 of terraces and 800 m2 of garden.

In the upper floor are 3 master bed rooms with en-suite bathrooms, jacuzzi and a gallery with stairs leading to the ground floor. In the ground floor is an open space area connecting the living area, dining area and kitchen. There is one separate guest-bedroom with a small fitness area and bathroom with sauna. The villa has a capacity for 8 guests or 10 guests with two additional beds for children.

The outdoor area on the ground floor is providing a huge sundeck with infinity pool 8,5 x 3 m, barbecue, wine cellar and garden. 

The villa Dalmatia has three master bedrooms and one guest-bedroom with a small gym. It can provide accommodation for eight or ten guests with two additional beds for children. Usually bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 16 pm and check out at 10 am.
